Results week 1

I haven't been as consistent with the dieting as I would have liked this week, slightly more definition in the abs but it hardly can't be noticed. I tried to go too many days without a carbohidrate refeed (apparently for me it's 3).

Training intensity has been maintained so I expect no / little muscle loss and hopefully this week changes will really be appreciated.

  1. I forgot to mention: picture taken on the night of 09/12/2012. Stats as of morning of 10/12/2012 were 65.3kg, 82.5cm waist (-0.5cm from begining)
