Results week 3

Very constant week in terms of training and dieting: a couple of social dinners and obstacles were overcamed. Results are clearly showing both in pictures and measurements.

Measurements and pictures taken on 24th December morning: 63.5kg (-2.7kg from start) and 79.6cm (-3.4cm from start) waist.

Today's dinner probably slowed a bit down the results but I'm still expecting to be able to cut to around 10% (75cm waist aproximately). This should be the thinest I have ever been and should allow me to get there around mid/end of february.

Results week 2

Consistent dieting but I did a refeed the previous day and I think water retention is not showing the proper results.

Training intensity has been maintained.

Pictures taken on night 16/12/2012 and measurements on morning 17/12/2012: 64.8kg, 80.8cm waist (-2.2cm since begining).

Results week 1

I haven't been as consistent with the dieting as I would have liked this week, slightly more definition in the abs but it hardly can't be noticed. I tried to go too many days without a carbohidrate refeed (apparently for me it's 3).

Training intensity has been maintained so I expect no / little muscle loss and hopefully this week changes will really be appreciated.

Starting off


After some giving it some thought I decided to start a blog about achieving body aesthetics. I will be using the knowledge I have adquired from endless article/forum readings and my own experience being for nearly 10 years in the field.

Sunday (2nd of December) I took pictures of myself and next morning I weighed myself: 66.2kg and 83cm waist. I will be undergoing a targetted diet and training regimen to lose as much bodyfat while keeping the most muscle bearing in mind that Christmas is around the corner and endless challenges will arise.

I will try to update this blog at least once per week to show my progress.
